1. The Gift Card can be redeemed at all the outlets of Bajaj Electronics, IQ Store, Kitchen Stories, Electronics Mart and Audio & Beyond within 12 months from the date of issue.

2. The customer must present the Gift Card at the time of placing the order, i.e., before the invoice is generated.

3. To redeem the Gift Card, an OTP will be sent to the customers mobile no. which need to be shown to the cashier for generating the invoice.

4. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. The Gift Card can be redeemed only once. Partial redemption isn't allowed.

6. Any payment made using Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash / gift card.

7. If Gift Card is lost, misplaced, or stolen - no duplicate card shall be issued.

8. If the bill amount exceeds the Gift Card's value, the excess amount will have to be paid using the other modes of payment available at the store such as debit/credit card/cash/finance etc.

9. If a customer wants to return an item that was purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be issued by subtracting the Gift Card value. Once the card is redeemed, the card has no worth anymore.

10. Gift card cannot be reloaded once the balance is used up.

11. Gift Card cannot be used when the validity expires, even if there is some balance remaining in the Gift Card.

12. Multiple Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order (up to maximum 10 gift cards) in a single invoice.

13. This gift card is the property of the Company and shall be subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to modify/alter/amend the terms and conditions without prior intimation. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our website.

14. The Company may, use the information provided by the purchaser of the gift card for communicating new promotions, launch of products or similar other purposes.

15. The terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

16. Any dispute pertaining to the Gift Card, Company’s decision shall be final.

17. There conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India with exclusive jurisdiction of the court at Hyderabad, Telangana.
